After submitting your request, a team member will promptly contact you with an invoice. Once paid, we'll process your order. If more information is needed, we'll reach out.
All invoices are securely processed through Square POS, accepting US credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Marking up the vehicle before taking photos or videos helps us see the damages and process everything more smoothly.
If CCC One file share is available, upload your EMS estimate file in the file upload section. Once complete, we’ll return the PDF and EMS files for easy upload into CCC.
For large files, email additional documents to Info@CrashValuations.com with vehicle/claim details.
For existing claims needing a supplement, please use the Existing Claim Request Form instead of submitting a new request.
