How does your online auto damage estimating service work?
Unlike other independent appraisers and companies, we operate entirely online and virtually. Simply submit a claim through our claims portal on our website or send us an email with all the requested information. Once we receive your submission, we will promptly send you an invoice with pricing based on the service requested. Upon payment of the invoice, we will begin processing your request. Our maximum turnaround time is 2 business days, although most claims are completed on the same day or the next day.
How does the Money Back Guarantee Work ?
Our money-back guarantee ensures your ROI from using our services, specifically for supplements related to insurance claims. Estimates do not qualify for the money-back guarantee. If you submit a supplement we've written to the insurance company and it's fully denied for any reason, if coverage is denied unexpectedly, or if you receive less from the supplement than what you paid for our services, you are eligible for a full refund with evidence of any of these conditions.
What information do I need to provide for an estimate ?
The information requested may vary depending on the service provided. For all vehicles, we require the VIN, vehicle year, make and model, mileage, owner information, body shop information, email address, and photos of the vehicle and damage. For services related to insurance claims, we will also need claim information such as insurance company, claim number, and policy number (used for estimating purposes). For supplements, we require the insurance company's preliminary estimate.
What types of vehicles do you work on ?
We specialize in servicing all vehicle types, including regular passenger vehicles, classic cars, and exotic vehicles. Our expertise extends to handling estimates for exotic and classic cars, saving you time and ensuring accuracy. Prices vary depending on the vehicle type; please refer to our pricing page for more information.
Do you only appraise vehicles in a certain area ?
Our services are available nationwide in the United States. We operate entirely online through our website, allowing us to provide auto damage appraisals to customers across the country. Whether you're in a major city or a rural area, you can access our services from anywhere with an internet connection.
Do you communicate with the Insurance Company Directly ?
No, we do not directly send estimates or supplements to insurance companies. Once you request an estimate or supplement, we will provide it to you, and you will be responsible for submitting it to the insurance company. If there are any questions or issues regarding the estimate or supplement, the shop or insurance company can contact us via email or phone, and we will address their inquiries.
